Swami Parathparananda

Damodar Venkatraya Ganapathi Baliga obtained Sanyasa and become a monk at Ramakrishna Mission. There after he was called as Swami Paratparananda. Swamy Paratparananda became the head of the ashram in Argentina in 1973 and was instrumental in spreading the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa in Argentina and Brazil.
